Important Information:

~ Pickup only: All items must be picked up at the admission table in front of the Showroom Floor. No shipping available.
~ Pickup times: Pickup is available during the Friday pickup time or during regular show hours if not picked up on Friday.

~ Order confirmation required: You must present the order confirmation receipt (emailed to you immediately after purchase) and a photo ID at pickup.

~ Printed or digital receipts accepted: Please bring a printed copy, or you may show your digital receipt on your phone.

~ Pickup name: The person named on the order confirmation is the only person who may pick up the items at the show.

If someone else will be picking up the items, their full name must be entered in the "Order Notes" section at checkout. This note must be added at the time of purchase so the KDS staff can correctly prepare the order and issue the tickets in the right name for pickup.

~ Name changes cannot be made after the order is placed. (The designated pickup person must present the order confirmation receipt and a valid photo ID at pickup.)

~ No shipping is available for early bird tickets, event tickets, and merchandise.

~ Final sale: All sales are final - no refunds, exchanges, or transfers on any of the items bought in advance. Items cannot be transferred after purchase.

~ Contest entries: Contest entries are automatically registered under the name on your order. If the payer's name is different from the person entering the contest, the contestant's name must be listed in the Order Notes at checkout so entries are assigned correctly.
