The Kansas Doll Show 2026 in Wichita, Kansas, is one of the largest reborn doll and silicone doll events in the Midwest ~ featuring vendors, classes, contests, giveaways, evening events, and family fun all weekend long!

Cash only for General Admission Tickets sold at the show!
You must have an admission ticket to enter the showroom floor.
 
Early Bird Admission — With Goodie Bag
$35 per person (Saturday Entry Only)
Tickets must be purchased in advance. Early Bird tickets will NOT be available to purchase at the show.
  • Enter the showroom floor 30 minutes early to shop before the general public.
  • Limited to 30 tickets only.
  • Includes a Goodie Bag filled with gifts, discounts, and sweets from participating KDS vendors.
 
Early Bird Admission — Without Goodie Bag
$25 per person (Saturday Entry Only)
Tickets must be purchased in advance. Early Bird tickets will NOT be available to purchase at the show.
  • Enter the showroom floor 30 minutes early to shop before the general public.
  • Limited to 70 tickets only.
  • Does not include a Goodie Bag.
 
General Admission (Saturday & Sunday)
$10 per person, per day
Children under 3: FREE
  • Tickets sold at the door only on the day of the show.
  • General admission tickets are unlimited — everyone will be able to enter.

ALL TICKETS and PREPAID ITEMS are non-refundable and non-transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS!
By purchasing tickets in advance, you agree to this policy.

Ticket Policy:
  • You must purchase tickets directly from the Kansas Doll Show.
    No third-party tickets will be accepted or honored.
  • We DO NOT mail tickets or Goodie Bags.
  • If you purchase tickets but are unable to attend, please notify us so we can offer them to those on the waiting list.
    👉 No refunds will be issued, and tickets cannot be transferred to another person.

Ticket & Prepaid Item Pick-Up:
  • Pick up your tickets and prepaid items at the Admission Table on Friday from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM CST.
  • You must bring your printed order confirmation receipt (from the email sent after your purchase) and a valid photo ID to claim your tickets and items.
  • We prefer a printed copy of your receipt, but a screenshot on your phone will be accepted as well.

Admission Bracelets:
⚠️ Do not lose your admission bracelet.
Bracelets are non-refundable and will not be replaced.
Please make sure your bracelet is securely fastened to your wrist.

REBORN BABY GIVEAWAY: 
All admission tickets include an entry into a free drawing for a chance to win an amazing reborn baby at the Kansas Doll Show on Saturday and Sunday!
 
 How to Enter:
  • The ticket attached to your show bracelet is your entry for that day’s giveaway.
  • Carefully remove the ticket from your bracelet and place it in the drawing box at the Admission Table.
  • Your ticket number matches your bracelet number.
 
 Drawing & Winner Requirements:
  • A ticket will be randomly drawn, and the winning number will be announced during the giveaway.
  • You must be present at the time of the drawing and wear the matching bracelet to claim the reborn baby.
  • Bracelets must be securely fastened to your wrist, with no extra room and no signs of tampering. Altered bracelets will be disqualified.

STROLLER POLICY:
Single Umbrella Strollers are welcome on the Showroom Floor ONLY.
  • Other strollers or wagons are not allowed due to safety concerns, including tripping hazards and fire safety. No exceptions.
  • Large strollers and wagons block aisles and slow traffic, making it difficult for everyone to shop safely.
 
 Tips for Attendees:
  • We highly recommend leaving your stroller at home unless it’s necessary.
  • The showroom can get congested, and strollers can slow your movement.
  • Wearable baby carriers are strongly recommended to keep your hands free while shopping.
  • Umbrella strollers will be available for rent at the show, while supplies last.

STROLLER RENTALS:
Strollers can be rented at the Admission Table while supplies last.
 
Rental Options:
1️⃣ One-Day Rental (Saturday OR Sunday)
  • Must be returned by the end of the same show day.
  • Rental Fee: $15.00 CASH
  • Refund: Receive $5.00 CASH BACK when the stroller is returned on the day of rental.
2️⃣ Two-Day Rental (Saturday AND Sunday)
  • Must be returned by the end of the show on Sunday.
  • Rental Fee: $25.00 CASH
  • Refund: Receive $5.00 CASH BACK when the stroller is returned on Sunday.
 
⚠️ Important Notes:
  • Do not leave your rented stroller unattended anywhere in the hotel.
  • Only the person who rented the stroller may return it to receive the cash-back refund. If someone else returns it, the refund will not be issued.
 
 Tip: Arrive early to rent a stroller, as availability is limited.

DOLL POLICY — PERSONALLY OWNED DOLLS:
  • Each attendee may bring only one personally owned doll onto the showroom floor.
  • Your doll must wear a KDS band provided by the Kansas Doll Show.
  • Pick up your doll band at the Admission Table before entering the showroom.
  • No more than one doll per person is allowed at any time.
  • Dolls without a KDS band will not be allowed on the showroom floor.
  • If you purchase multiple dolls on the showroom floor, that is fine; however, once dolls exit the showroom, only one may re-enter per person.
  • The band must remain fastened at all times. 
 
Reminder: This policy ensures that everyone has room to enjoy the show safely and that dolls are easily identifiable with KDS bands.

NO OUTSIDE SALES POLICY:
To maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable shopping experience for all attendees and vendors, no outside sales are allowed at the Kansas Doll Show. This applies both on and off the showroom floor, as well as on or off the premises during the event.

What this means:
  • Only registered vendors may sell dolls, doll accessories, or any merchandise at the show.
  • Individuals who are not registered vendors may not hand out business cards, flyers, promotional materials, or any sales offers to attendees, whether inside the hotel, in the parking lot, or elsewhere on the event premises. 
  • Attendees may wear clothing that features a nursery or brand logo, but no personal contact information (phone number, website, email, social media handle, QR codes, etc.) may be displayed for promotional purposes.

Why we enforce this policy: 
  • Ensures that registered vendors have exclusive access to customers, protecting their investment in the show.
  • Maintains a professional environment free from solicitation or unsolicited promotion.
  • Keeps the showroom and event premises safe and organized, avoiding confusion or distractions for shoppers.

Please respect our vendors. The Kansas Doll Show is a community space designed for shopping, learning, and celebrating dolls - not for promoting outside businesses or services on or off the premises. Any violation of this policy may result in removal from the show without refund.

NO COUNTERFEIT DOLLS:
 The Kansas Doll Show is proud to host reputable vendors who do not sell counterfeit products.
 
We are committed to supporting the sculptors and artists who make this community so special, ensuring a trustworthy experience for every attendee and maintaining the show’s reputation as a respected, authentic event for doll enthusiasts. Counterfeit dolls are strictly prohibited.

What this means:
  • Only authentic dolls from recognized manufacturers or legitimate artists are allowed.
  • Dolls that are illegally reproduced, mass-produced copies of copyrighted designs, or otherwise misrepresented as originals will not be permitted.
  • This rule applies to dolls brought by attendees onto the showroom floor or elsewhere on the event premises.

Why We Do Not Allow Counterfeit Dolls:

The Kansas Doll Show is dedicated to protecting the artistry and integrity of the doll community. 
  • To support and honor the sculpting artists who bring these beautiful creations to life through their original work.
  • Ensure a safe and trustworthy shopping experience for all attendees.
  • Protect the investment and reputation of our participating vendors, who proudly sell only genuine and authorized products.
  • Maintain the Kansas Doll Show as a respected and reliable event for doll enthusiasts from around the world.
  • Prevent the misrepresentation of counterfeit dolls and protect attendees from being deceived.
 
By following these guidelines, we celebrate the incredible talent within our community and ensure a positive, ethical experience for everyone who attends.

Consequences: 
  • Any counterfeit dolls will be immediately removed.
  • Violators may be removed from the show without refund.
​
Tip for attendees:
  • Only bring dolls that you know are authentic.
  • If unsure, ask for guidance before bringing the doll to the Show Event!

_KANSAS DOLL SHOW RULES & POLICIES

  • NO COUNTERFEIT DOLLS will be allowed at the show.

  • An admission ticket is required to enter the showroom floor on both Saturday and Sunday.
​
  • Your show bracelet must be worn at all times during show hours. It may only be removed once you are finished for the day.
​
  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for show bracelets or event tickets.
​
  • ONLY ONE PERSONALLY OWNED DOLL per person is permitted on the showroom floor. Each doll must wear a KDS band, available at the Admission Table.
​
  • NO OUTSIDE SALES are allowed, either on or off the showroom floor. This includes non-vendors handing out business cards.
​
  • Non-vendors may wear a nursery logo on a t-shirt, but contact information is not permitted. Please respect our vendors; this is not the place to promote your work.
​
  • No double-wide strollers or wagon strollers are allowed on the showroom floor.
​
  • Evening Events (Dolly Bingo & Awards Banquet) require an event ticket for entry. No one will be admitted without a valid ticket. 
​
  • Only paid vendor helpers may access the showroom during Friday setup or before official show hours on Saturday and Sunday.
​
  • Please keep track of your personal belongings. The Kansas Doll Show is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
​
  • The Kansas Doll Show is not liable for personal injury on or off the showroom floor.
​
  • ⚠️ Violation of these rules will result in removal from the show for its duration, without refund.
