SHOW HOURS & SCHEDULE

Friday, September 3, 2027

Vendor Setup: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Friday is reserved for vendor setup. The showroom is closed to the public during this time.

Early Bird tickets and Camp KDS merchandise orders may be picked up at the Admission Table during the designated pickup times.

The purchaser must enter the full name of the person who will physically collect the order in the required pickup name field at checkout. The purchaser does not have to be the person picking up the order. Only the person named at checkout may collect it.

The designated pickup person must present the original order confirmation email (printed is preferred; digital is accepted) and a valid government-issued photo ID. No substitutions or name changes are permitted after purchase.

Early Bird tickets and wristbands may be picked up Friday from 4:00–5:00 PM or Saturday before the show opens.

Camp KDS merchandise orders may be picked up Friday from 4:00–5:00 PM or during regular show hours on Saturday or Sunday.

Early Bird entry is available only to guests who purchased an Early Bird ticket. Vendors and helpers may not shop during Early Bird entry unless they have their own Early Bird ticket.

10:00 AM–4:00 PM — Show open to the public
3:00 PM — Reborn Baby Doll Giveaway and KDS giveaways
4:00 PM — Vendors may begin breaking down their displays

ADMISSION & TICKETS

General Admission

Saturday: $15 per person
Sunday: $10 per person
Children under 3: Free

General admission tickets are sold at the door on Saturday and Sunday. Admission is cash only.

Tickets are unlimited, so there is no need to purchase General Admission in advance.

Admission includes entry to that day's Reborn Doll Giveaway and KDS giveaways.

Early Bird Tickets

Want a little extra time to explore and shop? Early Bird admission allows ticket holders to enter the showroom at 9:30 AM on Saturday, before General Admission begins.

Early Bird tickets are available online only and must be purchased in advance. They will not be sold at the show.

Tickets and wristbands must be picked up Friday during the designated pickup time listed in the schedule or before the show begins on Saturday.

Important Ticket & Wristband Rules

Tickets and wristbands are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Lost, damaged, or removed wristbands will not be replaced.
Wristbands must remain securely fastened to your wrist and may not be altered or tampered with.
Please keep your wristband on throughout the show, especially if you plan to participate in giveaways.
No Third-party tickets will be honored or accepted.

REBORN DOLL GIVEAWAY

One of our special Camp KDS traditions is giving attendees the chance to win a beautiful reborn doll!

The free Reborn Doll Giveaway takes place at 3:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday on the showroom floor. All admission tickets include entry.

Your giveaway ticket is attached to your show wristband. Carefully remove the ticket and place it in the drawing box at the Admission Table before the drawing begins.

You must be present and wearing your original wristband, securely fastened to your wrist, to claim a prize.

KDS supports authentic dolls and the artists and sculptors behind them. Counterfeit, unauthorized, or misrepresented merchandise is not permitted.

A PLACE TO GATHER

Our 10th Annual celebration is about more than shopping. It's also about the friendships and memories we've made along the way.

During the show, our consulate rooms will be open for guests to come in, sit down, play games, and enjoy time together.

We'll even have a faux campfire where you can bring a tea light to place inside. Stop by, relax, share some laughs, and make a few more Camp KDS memories.

SHOW POLICIES & HELPFUL INFORMATION

We want everyone to enjoy a welcoming, comfortable, and respectful KDS experience. Please review these important guidelines before arriving.

1. PERSONALLY OWNED DOLLS

Each attendee may bring only one personally owned, authentic doll onto the showroom floor.

Your doll must have a KDS identification band obtained at the Admission Table.
The identification band must remain securely fastened to the doll.
Dolls without a KDS identification band are not permitted on the showroom floor.
You may purchase more than one doll from participating vendors during the show. There is no limit on the number of dolls you may purchase.
Once dolls leave the showroom, only one personally owned doll per person may re-enter.

The identification band helps distinguish personally owned dolls from dolls being offered for sale.

If you would like to bring a doll to visit with friends, we encourage you to enjoy those visits in the hotel lobby rather than on the showroom floor.

2. STROLLER POLICY & RENTALS

Strollers are not permitted on the showroom floor but may be used in the hotel lobby.

Stroller rentals are available at the Admission Table while supplies last. Rentals are cash only.

One-Day Rental — $15

Valid for Saturday or Sunday.
Return the stroller by the end of the same show day.
You will receive $5 cash back when you return the stroller that day.

Two-Day Rental — $25

Valid for both Saturday and Sunday.
Return the stroller by the end of the show on Sunday.
You will receive $5 cash back when you return the stroller on Sunday.

Please remember:

Do not leave a rented stroller unattended anywhere in the hotel.
Only the person who rented the stroller may return it and receive the $5 cash-back refund.
If another person returns the stroller, the refund will not be issued.

3. RESPECT FOR DOLLS & MERCHANDISE

Please ask the artist or vendor before handling any doll, merchandise, or display item. These creations often represent many hours of work, care, and artistic skill.

Respect each artist's wishes and handle all items gently.

4. OUR COMMITMENT TO AUTHENTICITY

At the Kansas Doll Show, we believe in celebrating the creativity, artistry, and craftsmanship that make the doll community so special.

We encourage everyone who attends KDS to appreciate and support authentic artists, original creations, and genuine products. Respecting the work of doll artists and sculptors helps preserve the creativity and integrity of our hobby.

We want everyone to feel confident, welcome, and comfortable enjoying all that the doll community has to offer.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY COURTESY

Please ask permission before photographing another person's doll, display, or personal belongings. Respect artists who do not want their work photographed and anyone who prefers not to be included in photos.

A little courtesy goes a long way in keeping KDS welcoming for everyone.

6. GATHER TOGETHER • SPREAD KINDNESS • MAKE MEMORIES

KDS is a place to share our love of dolls and enjoy the company of others. Please treat fellow attendees, artists, vendors, hotel staff, and KDS staff with kindness and respect.

7. NO OUTSIDE EVENTS POLICY

The Kansas Doll Show does not permit outside or unofficial doll-related events or organized activities during KDS show week unless KDS officially hosts or approves them.

This includes independently organized classes, doll signings, sales events, contests, demonstrations, promotional events, meet-ups, parties, or other organized activities intended for the doll community. This policy applies throughout show week, including activities held at the hotel, on its premises, or at other locations.

This does not prohibit normal socializing, such as friends meeting for dinner, attendees chatting in the hotel lobby, or artists, vendors, and collectors spending time together informally.

Our goal is to prevent confusion about unofficial activities, respect our venue agreement, and maintain an organized and welcoming experience for everyone attending the Kansas Doll Show.

8. NO OUTSIDE SALES OR SOLICITATION

All sales and business activities on the hotel premises must be conducted by approved KDS vendors within their assigned spaces.

Non-vendors may not sell, offer, or promote products or services anywhere on the hotel premises.

This includes approaching attendees to solicit sales, distributing business cards, handing out promotional materials, or directing people to purchase products or services outside the show.

This policy applies throughout the hotel premises, not just inside the showroom. Thank you for respecting KDS, our participating vendors, and the hotel's rules.

9. BUSINESS PROMOTION & APPAREL

Non-vendors may wear a T-shirt displaying a nursery or business logo, but it may not include contact information such as website addresses, social media handles, QR codes, email addresses, or phone numbers.

The Kansas Doll Show is not a place for non-vendors to promote their work, advertise their businesses, or solicit customers.

10. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please keep track of your personal belongings at all times. The Kansas Doll Show is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

11. PERSONAL INJURY

Attendees are responsible for their own safety. The Kansas Doll Show is not responsible for personal injuries occurring on or off the showroom floor.

12. SCHEDULE & EVENT CHANGES

The event organizers reserve the right to adjust schedules or event details when necessary.

BEFORE YOU GO

A few helpful reminders to make your visit easier:

Bring cash for General Admission and any cash-only purchases or rentals.
Remember that Early Bird entry requires an advance ticket.
If you purchased Early Bird tickets, remember to pick up your tickets and wristbands during the designated Friday pickup time, 4:00–5:00 PM, or before the show opens on Saturday at 9:30 AM for the Early Birds.
Keep your wristband securely fastened throughout the show.
If you plan to bring a personally owned doll onto the showroom floor, please stop by the Admission Table to pick up a complimentary KDS identification band for your doll. All personally owned dolls must display a KDS identification band while on the showroom floor.
Remember that strollers are not permitted on the showroom floor.
Ask before handling or photographing someone else's dolls or displays.
