Friday Evening Event - DOLLY BINGO

Dolly Bingo is one of the most beloved events at the Kansas Doll Show, and tickets go on sale January 17, 2026, at 7 PM CST! These sell out lightning fast every year, so mark your calendar and be ready right at 7!

EVENT DETAILS:
• Date: Friday evening ~ September 4, 2026
• Time: Event starts at 7 PM CST
• Doors Open: 6:45 PM CST
• Location: Consulate Rooms inside the hotel
• Entry: Form a line outside the Consulate Rooms to enter the event.
• Seating: Open seating - First-come, first-served
• No strollers are allowed, but you are welcome to bring a doll!


Ticket Price:
• $35 per person
Every individual entering the Bingo room must have their own event ticket - no exceptions.


What Your Dolly Bingo Ticket Includes:
• Admission to the Dolly Bingo event
• 10 exciting games of Bingo
• Special giveaways throughout the night
• Fabulous prizes
• A lively, laughter-filled evening with fellow doll lovers!


Giveaway & Prize Note:
All prizes and giveaways must be claimed during the event.
Unclaimed items will be redrawn.


How to Purchase:
• Visit the Kansas Doll Show homepage on January 17th.
• Scroll to the Dolly Bingo section and select “Purchase Ticket.”
• Enter the correct name of the attendee who will pick up the ticket at the show.
• Names cannot be changed later, so please double-check before submitting.


If the website is busy due to high demand, keep refreshing! Once tickets show “Out of Stock,” they are completely sold out.

IMPORTANT RULES:
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
• Tickets are sold exclusively through the Kansas Doll Show.
• No third-party tickets will be accepted.
• Tickets will not be shipped.
• You must attend the show in person to pick up your ticket.
• Each person who enters the event room must have their own ticket.
• All sales are final.


Event End Time:
The event concludes once all 10 games of Bingo are completed and all giveaways have been handed out.


After You Purchase:
If you’re one of the lucky Dolly Bingo attendees:
~ Save or print your confirmation email. You’ll need it to pick up your ticket at the show.

For Dolly Bingo, seating is open and available on a first-come, first-served basis. This means:
  • Arrive early to get the best seats for you and your group.
  • You are free to choose any available seat in the Bingo room.
  • No seats will be saved ahead of time — please plan accordingly if you want to sit together with friends.
  • Everyone must have their own ticket to enter and take a seat.

Saturday Evening Event - AWARDS BANQUET 

This year marks the very first Kansas Doll Show Awards Banquet, a brand-new and meaningful addition to the show weekend, and tickets go on sale January 24, 2026, at 7 PM CST! This special evening is dedicated to celebrating the incredible artists, creativity, and community that make the Kansas Doll Show so special.

• Date: Saturday evening ~ September 5, 2026
• Time: Event starts at 6 PM CST
• Doors Open: 5:45 PM CST
• Location: Consulate Rooms inside the hotel
• Entry: Form a line outside the Consulate Rooms to enter the event.
• Seating: This is an assigned-seating event
• Dress Code: Semi-Casual
• No strollers are allowed, but you are welcome to bring a doll!

Ticket Price:

• $80 per person
Each person attending the banquet must have their own ticket - no exceptions.

What Your Awards Banquet Ticket Includes:

Admission to the first-ever Kansas Doll Show Awards Banquet
A full banquet-style dinner, including salad, sides, dessert, and your choice of entrée
An Awards Presentation honoring outstanding artists
Exciting giveaways throughout the evening
A warm, welcoming evening of connection and celebration

Contest Participant Information:
Participation in the Kansas Doll Show contest does not require banquet attendance. However, contestants are highly encouraged to attend and be part of this special evening of recognition, celebration, and shared joy.

The Awards Banquet is open to everyone - artists, collectors, vendors, and doll lovers alike - and promises to be a heartfelt night of recognition, connection, and celebration.

Seating is limited, and once tickets are sold out, no additional seating will be added.


Seating Information:
• This is an assigned-seating event
• Seating assignments are arranged in advance by the Kansas Doll Show team
• Guests may request to sit with friends or groups at the time of ticket purchase
• While we do our best to accommodate requests, final seating is determined by event staff
• Tickets purchased together will automatically be seated together unless otherwise requested


​Dress Code: Semi-Casual:
Semi-casual means comfortable, neat, and polished.
Examples include:
• Dresses or skirts
• Nice tops or blouses
• Dressy pants or clean, well-kept jeans paired with a polished top
• Comfortable shoes suitable for an evening event

Formal attire is not required — come dressed to feel relaxed and celebration-ready.

Tender chicken breast in a savory Marsala wine sauce,
served with homestyle mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus

accompanied by homestyle mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus


  • Red Wine Garlic Marinated Portobello Cap (Vegetarian)

The Kansas Doll Show has always been about more than dolls. It’s about the artists, collectors, friendships, and shared passion that bring this community together year after year.
This inaugural Awards Banquet was created to give us a dedicated moment to slow down, gather together, and truly honor the artistry and dedication behind each creation. We wanted a space where artists could feel seen, collectors could celebrate the makers they admire, and everyone could share in the joy, pride, and connection that make the Kansas Doll Show so special.
This evening is our way of saying thank you for the countless hours, the creativity, the heart, and the love poured into this art form.
