How much are the Admission Tickets to enter the show?

Saturday General Admission: $10.00 (Cash Only)
Sunday General Admission: $10.00 (Cash Only)
Children under 3: FREE
Early Bird Tickets: Sold in Advance Only! (limited to 100)
⚠️ Everyone entering the showroom floor must have an admission ticket.
General admission tickets are unlimited and sold only at the show.

How do I purchase Show Admission Tickets?

Early Bird Tickets are available for sale in advance only!
Only 100 Early Bird Tickets have been sold, allowing holders to enter the showroom floor 30 minutes before the General Public.
Saturday and Sunday General Admission Tickets are sold at the show only on Saturday and Sunday. You cannot purchase these tickets in advance.
The General Admission Tickets are unlimited! If you are there for the show, you will be able to enter the showroom floor no matter how many tickets are sold.

How do I enter for a chance to win the Admission Baby for that day?

Each admission bracelet has a matching ticket number.
Carefully remove the ticket and drop it in the metal ballot box at the Admission Table.
Drawing at 3:00 PM CST on Saturday & Sunday.
Must be present with your bracelet to win the baby giveaway for that day.

How far away is the Airport from the Show?

The Kansas Doll Show is held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Wichita Airport Hotel. It's just footsteps away from the Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport.
The DoubleTree offers a courtesy shuttle van to and from the Eisenhower Airport. Look for the Courtesy Phone Board in the baggage claim area to call the hotel. 316-945-5272

What are the Show Rules for the Kansas Doll Show?

Every show has its own set of rules! Here are the Kansas Doll Show Rules.

An admission ticket is required to enter the showroom floor.
Event tickets (Dolly Bingo & Awards Banquet) are required to enter evening events.
Only 1 personally owned doll per person is allowed on the showroom floor.
No counterfeit dolls.
Bracelets must stay on until you are done for the day.
The show & hotel are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Umbrella strollers are only allowed on the showroom floor (no double-wide or wagon strollers).
No outside sales or passing out business cards.
Only paid vendors & helpers may be inside during setup.
Rule violations = removal without refund.

When and where do I pick up my prepaid tickets?

Friday (Sept 4, 2026): 4–5 PM CST at the Admission Table.
If attending Dolly Bingo that night, pick up tickets at 6:45 PM CST in front of the Consulate Doors.
Also available for pickup Saturday & Sunday at the Admission Table.

👉 Please bring your printed order confirmation receipt (from the email sent after your purchase) and a valid photo ID.

We prefer a printed copy of your receipt, but a screenshot on your phone will be accepted as well.

👉 Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

What kind of strollers can I have on the showroom floor?

Only umbrella strollers are allowed on the showroom floor.
Any style of stroller is allowed outside the showroom.
Legally approved walking devices are permitted.

I am disabled. Can I use a different kind of stroller besides an umbrella stroller on the showroom floor to lean on for extra support?

No, unfortunately, we cannot allow anything but the umbrella strollers on the showroom floor. However, the legally approved walking devices are allowed.
The hotel and showroom are wheelchair accessible.
