What are the show hours?

Saturday:

Early Bird enter the showroom floor at 9:30 am CST.
General Public enter the showroom floor at 10 am CST.
Show ends at 4 pm CST.

Sunday:

General Public enter the showroom floor at 10 am CST.
Show ends at 4 pm CST.

How much are the Admission Tickets to enter the show?

Saturday General Admission Ticket: $10.00 per person. CASH ONLY
Children under 3 get in for FREE!
Sunday General Admission Ticket: $10.00 per person. CASH ONLY
Children under 3 get in for FREE!

Anyone entering the showroom floor must have an Admission Ticket!

How do I purchase Show Admission Tickets?

Early Bird Tickets: are sold in advance only!
Only 100 of the Early Bird Tickets are sold, allowing them to enter the showroom floor 30 minutes before the General Public.

Please send an email to kansasdollshow@gmail.com to order these tickets while supplies last.

Saturday and Sunday General Admission Tickets are sold at the show only on Saturday and Sunday.
The General Admission Tickets are unlimited. If you are there for the show, you will be able to enter the showroom floor no matter how many tickets are sold.

How do I enter for a chance to win the Admission Baby for that day?

Your admission bracelet has a ticket attached to it. The number on the bracelet matches your ticket number.
Carefully remove the attached ticket from your bracelet and place it in the metal ballot box at the Admission Table.
A ticket number will be drawn on the showroom floor at 3 pm CST on Saturday and Sunday.
You must be present at the time the winning ticket number is called and you must be wearing the winning bracelet to receive the precious baby given away for that day.

How far away is the Airport from the Show?

The Kansas Doll Show is held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Wichita Airport Hotel.

It's just footsteps away from the Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport.

The DoubleTree offers a courtesy shuttle van to and from the Eisenhower Airport. Look for the Courtesy Phone Board in the baggage claim area to call the hotel. 316-945-5272

What are the Show Rules for the Kansas Doll Show?

Every show has their own set of rules! Here are the Kansas Doll Show Rules.

You must purchase a ticket to enter the showroom floor for either day.
You must purchase and bring your Evening Event Ticket (Baby Shower Gift Exchange and Dolly Bingo) to enter the room. No one will be allowed to enter the room without an event ticket and they must have a gift for the gift exchange.
Only ONE DOLL per person can enter the showroom floor at all times.
Counterfeit dolls are NOT allowed at the show.
Only remove your show bracelet once you are finished for the day. No refunds or replacements will be given for the show bracelets.
Keep track of your personal belongings. KDS and the Hotel are NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Only umbrella strollers are allowed on the showroom floor. NO double wide strollers or wagon strollers on the showroom floor.
Absolutely NO OUTSIDE SALES are allowed on and off the showroom floor. This includes non-vendors passing out business cards.
If you are not a paid vendor helper, you are not allowed to enter the showroom floor during setup on Friday or before show hours on Saturday and Sunday.
Violation of the rules will be subjected to being removed from the show for the remaining duration with no refund given!

When and where do I pick up my prepaid tickets?

Prepaid tickets will be available for pick up on Friday, from 4 to 5 pm CST, at the Admission Table.
If you cannot pick up your tickets during that time frame and have purchased Baby Shower Tickets for that night's evening event, please pick them up in front of the Consulate Doors, where the event will take place, at 6:45 pm CST. The Baby Shower Event starts at 7 pm! DON'T BE LATE!
NO ONE ELSE is allowed to pick up your tickets for you. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please let us know if you are not able to attend, so we can contact those on the waiting list.
Prepaid tickets will also be available for pick up on Saturday and Sunday at the Admission Table during show hours.
A month prior to the show, you will receive an email from the Kansas Doll Show. This email will have a receipt attached with all of your prepaid items listed. Please print this receipt out and bring it with you to pick up your items. You will also need to bring a form of ID.

What kind of strollers can I have on the showroom floor?

Only Umbrella Strollers are allowed on the showroom floor. We encourage everyone to shop without a stroller on the showroom floor. It gets very congested, and much easier for everyone to get around without strollers being in the way.

There are plenty of places to meet up in the hotel, outside of the showroom, to share your love for dolls. You may have any style of stroller outside of the showroom floor.
