Are you interested in being part of Camp KDS 2027? We would love to hear from you!

Whether you are hoping to join us for the first time, have been a vendor in previous years, have been on our waitlist, or have had to cancel a previous reservation, we welcome you to reach out about participating in our 10th-anniversary show.

How to Request a Vendor Application

To get started, please email us at kansasdollshow@gmail.com to request your 2027 vendor application.

We will send you the application to complete and return to us. Everyone interested in participating must submit a new application for 2027, regardless of previous participation or waitlist status.

Requesting an application does not mean you have applied. Your completed application must be returned to us to be considered.

Vendor Age & Eligibility Requirements

All vendor applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application. The applicant must be the actual vendor responsible for the business represented, the vendor space, payments, products, and compliance with all Kansas Doll Show (KDS) vendor policies.

Parents or legal guardians may not submit a vendor application on behalf of a child under 18. A minor may not apply or participate as the contracted vendor under a parent's or guardian's application. The age requirement cannot be bypassed by placing an application or vendor space in a parent's or guardian's name for the purpose of allowing a minor to operate as the vendor.

How Vendor Applications Are Reviewed

The Kansas Doll Show has always been about bringing together a welcoming community of artists, creators, and doll enthusiasts. We love seeing both familiar faces and discovering new talent, and you do not need to be a well-known artist or an established name to be considered.

Because we have a limited number of vendor spaces, we review applications carefully to help us welcome a variety of artists, businesses, and products that fit the spirit of KDS. We want visitors to enjoy a wonderful mix of creativity, unique finds, and the many talents within our doll community.

Our selection process is not based on popularity, name recognition, or who applies first. Every application is an opportunity for us to learn about the applicant and what they would bring to the show.

We encourage anyone who feels their work or products would be a good fit for KDS to reach out and apply. While we cannot guarantee a space to everyone, we appreciate every person who wants to be part of our community.

Application Timing & Availability

There is no set application deadline at this time. We will continue accepting vendor application requests and reviewing completed applications while there is a reasonable possibility of offering additional spaces for Camp KDS 2027.

We typically have only a few spaces available to fill, so we encourage interested vendors to email us and return their completed applications as soon as possible. Vendor selection is not first-come, first-served, and applying early does not guarantee acceptance or a space. However, applying early gives us more opportunity to review your application while spaces may still be available.

As the show approaches, the waitlist may grow, and the chances of receiving a space may become increasingly limited. We may eventually need to stop accepting applications from individuals who would not realistically have an opportunity to participate in the 2027 show.

Waitlist & Last-Minute Availability

Applicants who meet KDS requirements but cannot initially be offered a space will be placed on the 2027 waitlist. Anyone who was previously on a waitlist must request and submit a new application to be considered for 2027.

Cancellations can happen at any time, even during show week. If you would be willing and able to travel to Wichita and participate on very short notice, please let us know when you email us to request your application.

Knowing who may be available at the last minute can be especially helpful when an unexpected opening occurs. Even as the show approaches and the waitlist grows, someone who can realistically fill an opening on short notice may still have an opportunity to participate.

If a space becomes available, KDS will consider the available space, the needs of the show, and the suitability and availability of applicants. Waitlist placement does not guarantee a vendor space or priority at future shows.

Shared Vendor Spaces

Vendor spaces may not be shared unless KDS grants prior written approval. Exceptions may be considered for recognized business partners who meet KDS's established requirements.

Friendship, family relationships, or an arrangement made solely for the show does not automatically qualify as an established business partnership. Both parties must complete the required applications and provide the requested supporting information for consideration. All shared arrangements require prior written approval from KDS.
