Tuesday – Thursday: Classes
  • 9:00 AM CST – Classes Begin
Locations: Consulate 1, Consulate 2, Consulate 3, Media Theatre, Sedgwick Room
  • Ending times vary based on the class and instructor.
  • Please refer to your individual class schedule for exact end times.

Friday: Vendor Setup & Pre-Show
  • 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM – Vendor Setup
Location: Emerald Ballroom/Showroom Floor
  • Doors close promptly at 4:00 PM.
  • Only registered vendors and their paid helpers are permitted in the showroom during setup.
 
  • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Prepaid Item Pickup
Location: Show Admission Table
Items available for pickup:
  • Early Bird Tickets
  • Dolly Bingo Tickets
  • Awards Banquet Tickets
  • Exclusive Show Theme Merchandise
 
  • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Show Merchandise Early Release
Location: Merch Booth
 
  • 7:00 PM – Dolly Bingo Event
Location: Consulate 1, Consulate 2, Consulate 3
  • Event continues until finished.
