FRIDAY ~ AUGUST 29, 2025

Vendor Setup:

Setup begins at 10 AM and ends at 4 PM. (No later!)
Vendors and paid Helper(s) are the only ones allowed to enter the showroom floor. (Vendors and Helpers must wear the Friday bracelets provided by the KDS to enter the showroom floor.)

Prepaid Ticket(s) and/or Prepaid Merch Pickup:

Pick up your Prepaid Items in the Media Theatre Room from 4 PM to 5 PM. (If you're not able to make it during that time frame, you can pick up your Baby Shower Tickets from 6:45 to 7 PM in front of the Consulate Rooms where the Baby Shower Event will be held.
Prepaid Tickets will be available for pickup at the Admission Table on Saturday and the Prepaid Merch will be available for pick at the Merch Booth on Saturday and Sunday.

Early KDS Merch Released:

Purchase your KDS merch early, in the Media Theatre Room, from 4 PM to 5 PM. (While Supplies Last!)

Baby Shower Gift Exchange:

Baby Shower begins at 7 PM. Don't be late!
Please note that tickets must be picked up by 7 PM CST. If they are not collected by this time, they will be released for resale without a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

SATURDAY ~ AUGUST 30, 2025

Contest Setup:

Held at the Contest Staging Area.
Be sure your entries are well covered before setting up at the Contest Staging Area!
Setting up your Contest Entry begins at 7:30 AM and everyone must have their entries set up no later than 8:30 AM.

Vendor's Enter Showroom:

9 AM (Not anytime before then!)

KDS staff will begin walking the show line to purchase Admission Tickets and to attach Doll Bracelets:

8 AM

Early Bird's Enter Showroom:

9:30 AM

General Public Enter the Showroom:

10 AM

Contest Voting Begins:

Vendors may begin voting at 9 AM
General Public voting begins at 10 AM
Contest Voting Ends at 2 PM

Admission Table & Stroller Rental Opens at:

9 AM

Merch Booth Opens at:

9 AM to 4 PM

Spin Wheel Booth Opens at:

9 AM to 3 PM

Photo Booth Opens at:

Contest Entries Picked Up by Owner at:

Dolly Bingo Event:

Dolly Bingo begins at 6 PM. Don't be late!
