Date: Friday evening ~ September 4, 2026
Time: Event starts at 7 PM CST
Doors Open: 6:45 PM CST
Location: Consulate Rooms inside the hotel
Entry: Form a line outside the Consulate Rooms to enter the event.
Seating: Open seating - First-come, first-served
No strollers are allowed, but you are welcome to bring a doll!
Every individual entering the Bingo room must have their own event ticket - no exceptions.

Giveaway & Prize Note:
All prizes and giveaways must be claimed during the event.
Unclaimed items will be redrawn.
 
IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE PURCHASE:
The name entered at checkout MUST match the person who will attend the show and pick up the tickets.
Dolly Bingo Tickets are non-transferable. Tickets will only be released to the named purchaser who presents the required documentation. No exceptions.
 
Important Ticket Information:
Price: $35.00 per person
Tickets are sold in advance only.
Not available for purchase at the show, unless we have tickets not picked up. They will then be sold as first come, first-served basis.
🚫 No one will be allowed to enter the event room without a valid Dolly Bingo Ticket.
 
Ticket Pickup Details:
Tickets will NOT be mailed.
Tickets must be picked up in person at the show

Friday, September 4, 2026: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM CST. Tickets will also be available for pick up in front of the Consulate Rooms, where the event will take place. Dolly Bingo Tickets must be picked up before 7 PM CST, or they will be resold to those waiting to participate in the event. 
 
What to Bring:
To pick up tickets, the purchaser must present:
The original Kansas Doll Show confirmation email sent immediately after purchase.
Printed copy preferred; digital copy on a mobile device accepted
A valid government-issued photo ID
 
Important Rules:
📌 Only the named purchaser may pick up tickets.
📌 Tickets will not be released without both the confirmation email and photo ID.
📌 No substitutions, no exceptions.
 
Purchase Agreement & Policies:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Dolly Bingo Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable for any reason. No exceptions.
Tickets must be purchased directly from the Kansas Doll Show.
Third-party tickets will not be accepted or honored.
