REBORN TODDLER DOLL CONTEST CATEGORY
The Reborn Toddler category is for artists who create realistic toddler dolls. This category celebrates craftsmanship, attention to detail, and artistic execution in portraying toddlers that can stand upright or sit, with accurate proportions, lifelike features, and finished hair.
Eligibility & Entry Requirements
Dolls may be of any skin tone.
Dolls must be toddler-sized and able to stand upright or sit securely, preventing them from falling.
Contestants may use any reborn kit of their choice.
All work must be 100% the artist’s own.
Clothing may be used, fitting the toddler character, and may be purchased.
Props are not allowed, or only minimal items required for stability, and must remain within the designated display area provided by KDS. Dimensions coming soon!
Contestants are responsible for providing all display materials.
Entries must remain suitable for general viewing.
Only one entry per contestant.
Presentation Rules
Dolls must be properly posed to stand upright or sit within the display area.
Hair may be rooted or painted, finished neatly and realistically for a toddler.
Focus must remain on realism, artistry, and craftsmanship.
Judging Criteria
Quality and execution of workmanship
Realistic skin tones, shading, and depth
Nails tipped and sealed
Hair properly rooted or painted with natural growth patterns
Creases, blushing, and other details well blended
Overall appearance, realism, and presentation

Reborn Toddler Doll Contest
Be sure to reserve your spot early before all contest slots are filled! Contestants must attend the Kansas Doll Show on both Saturday and Sunday. Winners will be announced during the Awards Banquet on Saturday.
